Personal information is the data you provide about yourself, either via the website or as a result of the coaching or consulting services provided by us, and specifically is any information which uniquely identifies you, including but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, and country of residence.

Personal information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes such as the provision of HR and coaching services and for marketing purposes, such as mailing list subscriptions (where such specific and separate consent has been obtained). The personal information you supply to us when you opt in to marketing communications will be used by us to keep you up-to-date with events and activities organised by us, news and information from us and to help us decide which of our services and products will be most relevant to you. Your personal information will only be used for marketing purposes if separate consent has been obtained and can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

If you have accepted cookies, we may also use your browsing behaviour on our websites for the same purpose. See the later section on Cookies for more information.

If you would like to revise the information provided to us at any time or feel what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by using the contact form on the website.

You have the right to obtain from us an electronic or paper copy of all personal information concerning yourself by using the contact form on the website.

If you decide not to use our services any further or to instruct us to cease using or storing your personal information as outlined in this Policy, please notify us either in writing via the contact form on the website and all retained personal information will be permanently destroyed.

Log files
When you visit our website, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our website and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser to prevent that. However, please be aware that you may not be able to take full advantage of a website if you do so. Although they do identify a user’s computer, cookies do not personally identify customers or passwords, nor is this information available to us.

Like most websites, this website uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you, but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party service (see Third Party Websites and Services).

Use, storage and disclosure of personal information
All personal information is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016.

To maintain continuity of provision of service, we will retain any identifiable personal information for 7 years, unless specifically requested by you to remove it earlier.

The only times your personal information may be shared with a third party are where we have your prior consent to do so; or where we are required or permitted to do so by law; or where we believe there is a vital reason to do so, such as serious risk to life or health.

Security
We take every precaution to protect your information. To this end all personal information stored by us is kept on servers in a secure environment. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

Third party websites and services
We do, from time to time, employ the services of other parties, including non-EU provider. The providers of such services may have access to certain personal information provided by users of this website. Any personal information used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that we request. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.

Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the personal information held by us to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
